Best Coffee, Hands Down: After Dark Coffee Co.

Before I start on this one, I just wanna say that all the pictures I used on this post, came from After Dark's social media pages.

I have been so excited to write this post because not only is the coffee amazing and sweet, but the service is even SWEETER!

After Dark is a local home-based, curbside coffee business. Here's how it works: You text your order and desired time slot to her number, which is posted all over her social media and if your time slot is available for her, she sends you an invoice with her address attached, you pay and pick up when it's ready!

Sydney really is very sweet and deserves all the praise for what she's done. I had sent her a message, asking a few questions about the business, but I had not taken into consideration that she is a momma who is juggling a job, a business and a family! What spare time she does have, is meant for family. I've followed along her journey a little and I think I got a couple of answers I was looking for. I know she was inspired by another curbside coffee company. I also had read that this is the start of her journey to owning her own shop, which has been a dream of hers. She also purchases her coffee from another small business thats local. Small businesses supporting small businesses. I love it.

After 3 different visits, here's what we've tried:

Michael Meyer's Latte

I ordered this one for myself, but Larry didn't wanna try it because he doesn't like raspberry. So, it's a raspberry white chocolate flavor. I was skeptical about the raspberry and the coffee together, but y'all. It was SO good and I do not regret jumping out of my comfort zone for it. 8/10

Jason's Campfire Latte

This one was so good, we came back a second time for it! This one is a dark chocolate flavor with marshmallow cream and chocolate shavings. It tastes just like a s'mores latte. I was so excited when she said that this one would be available to order this month! 10/10

L-I really enjoyed the combination of flavors. It was sweet without being overpowering, I would easily rate it a 9 out of 10. It was delicious!!!

Horchata Latte

Hands down, the best option she's come up with so far. Y'all, this one is FIRE. I saw her suggest it topped with vanilla sweet cream and that's how I ordered it. There are no words to describe how much I enjoyed this one. 2636478382/10

Her menu updates and changes constantly to suit the season/holiday, so make sure you guys go like and follow all of her social media pages. She is always actively sharing her hours, advertising her drinks AND she does giveaways! I actually just recently won one where she partnered with 2 other local businesses. I got some macarons, an adorable glass cup and a free drink! So, seriously, support your local businesses. Starbucks has NOTHING on that horchata latte. Not to mention, I spend a lot less with her for better tasting coffee, just saying.
